3.1 In Hyperion Entertainment there is no place for discrimination based on skin colour, ethnicity, religion, health, sexuality or gender. You intentionally break this rule, you are indefinitely out. Everyone must be treated with respect. This means trainees and artists are respectful towards the staff and staff members are respectful towards trainees and artists.
3.2 Hyperion Entertainment takes the safety of its members very seriously. Any sexual acts towards minors is strictly prohibited. Sexual harrassment towards other members, both minor and of legal age, may be met with legal action according to the victim's wishes.
3.3 Problems with the mix, video or edits are to be brought up to the CEOs. Artists and trainees are not allowed to directly contact the mixer to complain about the mix. Let your management take care of that. Mixers and editors have the right to refuse complaints from artists and trainees with the following sentence: "I prefer to hear complaints and problems from the CEO or your manager." Officially, those are the people that should reach out to you.
3.4 Promotions are allowed in the main group chat (WhatsApp) and the Promo channel (Discord). Do not promote in other Hyperion chats and do not send the same promotion more than once on one day.
3.5 Leaking of unreleased information or sensitive screenshots to people outside of Hyperion will result in being kicked out. You will not be able to return.
3.6 If you have a problem, don't be afraid to bring it up to a CEO. Problem solving is part of the job. There is a Tellonym available to members to submit complaints anonymously.
3.7 Rules are here to avoid favouritism and for you to know what things you are entitled to. Hyperion is working on making a pleasant environment for everyone to feel welcome in. If you think a rule should be changed, scrapped or added, bring it up.
4.1 CEOs are the backbone of the company. Report back to them. Keep them updated. Tell them if you have problems. Problem with the CEO? Approach the second CEO or you can also go to your dashboard and file a complaint (anonymously).
4.2 Managers are to keep track of who uploaded their lines and who dressed their Zepetos. They also have to communicate with mixers and editors when there are problems. Managers ought to be reachable at least once every 48 hours. When managers don't respond to questions for over 48 hours, artists are allowed to request a different manager.
4.3 Coaches always have to be able to explain why a trainee is getting a pass or a fail. Trainees can always ask for more explanation.
4.4 (Video) editors are not allowed to have a watermark of the software they use on their work. Their personal watermark or signature is allowed, but only if it is small and placed in a corner. Videos must be at least 1080p. Photo edits must be at least either 1015x1350 (single IG post) or 1920x1080 (thumbnails).
