The CEOs are the heads of the company. They are not only the heart of its organisation, but they also serve as ambassadors and figureheads. CEOs need to have high organisational skills, but also people skills. CEOs organise, guide, but also offer support and are responsible for morale. Hyperion is not likely to take on another co-CEO anytime soon.
Also called an audio engineer, our mixers are our magicians. Being an international project, we have people from all over the wrold sending in their voices in various types of rooms with varying quality microphones. Our mixers put all these voices together with the music and turn it into a masterpiece Hyperion is known for. Our mixers must own an audio processing software they already know how to work with. Standard deadline for a mix is two weeks, but exceptions can apply.
Also known as graphic designers. These individuals create our Instagram posts, logos, thumbnails and promotion graphics. Photo-editors need to have a photo-editing software they know how to work with and also leaves no watermark on their work. Photo-editors are allowed a small personal watermark on their works. Standard deadline for the graphics of one release is three weeks.
Our photographers save our CEOs and editors a lot of time. They take the pictures of the Zepetos that are used in our graphics. Photographers get elaborate instructions, but they themselves need to have an eye for poses that fit the vibe of a specific song. They also need a phone with plenty of storage and an eye for the shortcomings of Zepeto. All photographers are naturally required to have the Zepeto app.
Coaches are important in Hyperion, because in Hyperion we believe strongly in growth and realising potential. Rap coaches do not need to be good at rapping themselves, but they need to be able to hear the struggles of others, give constructive criticism and help them to improve. All coaches are required to pitch in when we improve our training programs. In Hyperion we have a training program with predetermined tasks that need to be judged by coaches. We have a preference for coaches who are willing to call with trainees when they struggle a lot and coaches who are willing to make instructional videos. Coaches are also judging new auditions alongside the CEOs.
Managers have no small job in Hyperion Entertainment. We have several types of managers in Hyperion. Social media managers are important for our promotions, outreach, public image and public relations. Social media managers can have several tasks, but multiple might be appointed to divide the workload. Duties may include (i) formatting social media posts, (ii) coming up with promotion plans, (iii) posting on social media, (iv) reacting to comments on social media posts, (v) answer DMs/PMs, (vi) managing public websites, (vii) blogging and (viii) keeping the CEOs updated on all matters that have to do with public image and outreach.
Our artists always need to look good on their promotion material. We have stylists that help coordinate this. Our stylists make a guide (a style guide) and send this to the artist(s). The artist(s) then use the guide to create a look, which both complies to the guidelines and has a little personal touch of themselves. Stylists then approve of their outfit or not. Stylists need to have an eye for fashion, but also need to understand the meaning of songs in order to create concepts that fit it. All stylists are required to have the Zepeto app. Stylists usually get a week to make the style guide.
Video-editors are in charge of creating videos for YouTube and other social media platforms. They need to have a video-editing software that does not leave a watermark on their work. Video-editors are allowed to have a small watermark of themselves on their work. Standard deadline for the video is two weeks.
